If you are not satisfied with the size or fit of your item, please reach out immediately via email to info@doublesolidappare.com to instigate the return process. We cannot be responsible for shipping costs at this time; however, if you return is accepted we will order you a different item, or refund your money to the card you provided upon ordering based on your preference. We will do so within 72 hours of approving your return. Refunds can take 5-10 business days Please note: return items only if they are unused, no smoke, no pet hair, and in original packaging. We have the right to accept or deny any return (but weâre cool people).
We do our best to photograph our models in lighting showing the true colors of our designs. However, it is important to keep in mind that colors may vary slightly from what you see on your screen to what the product looks like in person. This can be due to many factors, including how you have your monitor set when purchasing. Â Because of this we cannot guarantee our designs will arrive as you saw them when ordering.
